  茶圣陆羽在《茶经》一书中写道:“茶之为饮,最宜精行俭德之人,若热渴、凝闷、脑疼、目涩、四肢烦、百节不舒,聊四五啜,与醍醐、甘露抗衡也。”

  陶弘景《杂录》中所说“茗荼轻身换骨”,并提出以天冬等药物也可代茶饮用。

  Chen Zangqi in Supplement to Materia Medica set high value on tea: “Drugs are the medicines of various diseases, while tea is the medicine of all disease”.

  足见,茶不仅仅是中国人的“国饮”,同时也是 重要的养生之道。

  Therefore, for Chinese people, tea is not only the “national drink”, but also a crucial regimen.

  1咖啡碱

  Caffeine

  茶叶中含有多量的生物碱为咖啡碱。咖啡碱是一种中枢神经的兴奋剂,因此具有提神的作用。

  The most amounts of alkaloids in tea are caffeine. It can stimulate certain portions of the autonomic nervous system. Hence tea has refreshing effect.

  

  2多酚类化合物

  Polyphenols

  可溶性的多酚类化合物为茶叶药效的主要活性成分。具有防止血管硬化、防止动脉粥样硬化、降血脂、消炎抑菌、防辐射、抗癌等多种功效。

  Soluble polyphenols are the major active ingredients in tea, which contains multiple effects such as prevent the hardening of the arteries and atherosclerosis, eliminate inflammation, radiation protection, anti-cancer, and etc.

  

  3维生素类

  Vitamins

  茶叶中含有丰富的维生素类。维生素B含量一般为茶叶净重的100-150PPm左右。茶叶中维生素C的含量很高,维生素C能防止坏血病,增加机体的抵抗力,促进伤口愈合。维生素E是一种抗氧化剂,可以阻止人体中脂质的过氧化过程,因此具有抗衰老的功效。维生素K可促进肝脏合成凝血素。

  Tea is rich in vitamins. Usually the content of vitamin B occupies about 100-120 PPm of tea’s net weight. The content of vitamin C in tea is also very high, which can prevent scurvy, increase the body's resistance and promote wound healing. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that can prevent the peroxidation process of lipid in the body. Therefore it has anti-aging effect. Vitamin K can promote the liver’s synthesis of coagulin.

  

  4矿质元素

  Mineral elements

  茶叶中含有多种矿质元素,如磷、钾、钙、镁、锰、铝、硫等。这些矿质元素中的大多数都对人体健康有益。茶叶中的氟素含量很高,对预防蛀牙和防止老年骨质酥松有明显效果。

  Tea contains a variety of mineral elements, such as phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, aluminum, sulfur, and so on. Most of them are beneficial to human health. The content of fluoride in tea is very high. Hence tea possesses obvious effects in the prevention of tooth decay and osteoporosis.

  

  5氨基酸

  Amino acids

  茶叶中的氨基酸种类有25种,其中茶氨酸的含量最高,占氨基酸含量的50%以上。氨基酸是人体必需的营养成分。

  Totally 25 kinds of amino acids exist in tea, among them the content of theanine is the highest, accounting for more than 50% of the whole amino acid content. Amino acids are essential nutrients for human beings.

  

  在《中国茶经》中记载茶叶的 药理功效有24例。正如宋代诗人欧阳修《茶歌》所赞颂:“论功可以疗百疾,轻身久服胜胡麻。”

  According to the Chinese Classic of Tea, tea has almost 24 pharmacological effects. Ouyang Xiu, a Chinese poet of the Song Dynasty once praised in poetry: “tea may cure hundred diseases, healthier than flax if drinking persistently.”
